Seasonal Spam - oh joy!
I look at my inbox with new joy, some nameless corporation has sent me a “Seasons Greetings Email”
“Dear Gethan,
Happy Holidays!
You signed up to something that has no relevance to this email which is a thinly veiled spam mail! It’s cost us nothing to send and only wastes your time.
Tacky Corp”
It’s such a shame that these companies don’t get it - if you’re sending an email anyway - fine put “Happy Holidays” or “Merry Christmas” - whatever is appropriate for the time of year - but don’t send me spam dressed up in a Santa hat.
